Thanks to Will Kemp’s Art blog I found out about these brilliant (literally) daylight bulbs.

I was expecting a bulb about the size of a typical long-life bulb so imagine my shock and surprise when my ginormous parcel arrived containing two of the most monstrous bulbs I have ever seen!

I could light up a rugby pitch with these I am sure.

Anyway - they fitted into my ceiling light socket and when I flicked the switch it was like being suddenly transported to a sun-drenched Greek island!

These are fab and I can now paint and photograph my art demos way into the evening.

Thank you Will Kemp.

Does anyone have any better lighting set ups?
